Helping founder/CEOs who need judgment, not templates

Operator first. AI realist. Hard decisions under pressure.

WHO YOU ARE

You're a founder/CEO who's built something real. Now you're at an inflection point and the usual answers don't fit.

Your operations are in one world.

Your capital, board, or clients sit in another.

Most of your time goes to bridging, not building.

The question: how to scale without losing what makes you different.

WHAT YOU FACE

  • THE DAILY REALITY

Every decision runs through you. You're approving expenses, chasing deliverables, bridging contexts. Without you in the middle, things slip.

  • THE AI IMPERATIVE

You know you need an AI strategy, fast. Then implement it, even faster. But your team has barely enough bandwidth for what's already pressing.

  • THE CODE-SWITCHING PROBLEM

You speak both languages. Field and boardroom. Operational truth and investor narrative. The bridging never stops. It's limiting growth.

  • THE SCALABILITY QUESTION

They keep asking if it scales. You've hired Ops leaders. They lack the altitude or the cross-cultural instincts. Competitors with simpler setups look more "scalable."

HOW I HELP

I work alongside a small number of leaders when the stakes are high and the playbook doesn't exist. Not another roadmap. Not templates. Not frameworks. Judgment and battle-tested experience.

Someone who's operated on both sides - who knows which best practices are universal, which are theater, and which ones work only if you adapt them.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I know if we're a fit?

I work with founders, CEOs, and boards at moments that carry real consequence — a stalled scale, a leadership gap, a market entry that's more complex than it looked. I take on three clients at a time, by design. If the challenge is significant, let's talk.

How is this different from a consulting firm?

Consulting firms send a team. You get a partner for kickoff and then analysts for execution. Here, you get one senior person (me), consistently, with the judgment to make calls and the context to make them well. No handoffs, no knowledge loss, no one learning on your dime.

Do you work across geographies?

Much of my career has been spent at the intersection of emerging markets and Western stakeholders. That gap — between ground truth and what's thought in Paris, Stockholm, or Dallas — is where strategies break. Bridging is a core to what I do.

How does pricing work?

Scoped to the problem, not billed by the hour. Outcome-Based is fixed-fee with milestone payments. Advisory: monthly retainer. Fractional: structured around embedded time. Engagements are priced at senior executive compensation — not day rates, not freelancing. Details on the intro call.

How do you work — remote, on-site, time zones?

Mostly remote. When presence matters — board session, key stakeholder meeting, critical moment — I'm there. I've worked across multiple continents throughout my career; the time zones and travel are second nature. Arranged case by case, reflected in the engagement terms.

What about confidentiality?

We sign an NDA, as a baseline, always. Beyond that: I don't discuss clients, don't name them without permission. Three-client limit means I'm unlikely to work with anyone in your space.
