I learned by doing. Often the hard way. I never stopped, and I never will.
WHAT I LEARNED
The hardest leadership problems aren't technical.
They sit in the middle - between strategy and execution, boardroom and ground. They're the ones where the usual frameworks don't quite fit. That's where I do my best work.
I've spent 30 years running global operations where the playbook had to be re-invented. Where what mattered was judgment, clarity, and agility to execute, under pressure, without flattening what makes a business what it is.
That's the level I work at.
The real value: helping leaders see what actually matters versus what just feels urgent.
